My wife and I loved our 12 years living in the Short North. When it came time to sell we interviewed 3 realtors. We chose Stephen Dial of Meyers's and Dial. IF YOU ARE SELLING A PROPERTY IN ITALIAN VILLAGE, VICTORIAN VILLAGE, HARRISON WEST, or CLINTONVILLE and YOU DON'T CALL STEPHEN YOU WILL COST YOUR SELF SIGNIFICANT MONEY AND TIME. Two of the realtors we interviewed told us an asking price within $10000 of each other. Stephen suggested we list the house for $90000 more and we realized $60000 more at closing. Our house had a deal pending in 20 days and closed 20 days after that. Our house did not go on the market at prime time in spring but at end of July. Plus interest rates were up to 7%. Not perfect timing. Stephen is the consummate professional who handles every detail. He is also fun to work with. I never texted, emailed or called Stephen that I didn't have a response within 5 minutes. We have owned 12 different properties in Ohio and Florida and dealt with many realtors. Stephen Dial is the BEST.

We can't say enough good things about working with Jim. He was fantastic! We were first time homebuyers and he spent time so much time educating us on the process and answering all of our questions. Jim is DEEPLY knowledgable about the Short North/Victorian Village/Italian Village/German Village areas and very well connected to real estate professionals in the area, which was very helpful to us. When looking at potential homes, he was well educated in the comps in the area and the quality of the house (i.e. material used in renovations, etc.) We would highly recommend Jim to friends, family and plan to use him again in the future!
