I worked with Stephen Dial when I bought and sold my house. He knows the business like the back of his hand and works harder than anyone I know. When I was purchasing, he recommended a strategy that ensured that I got the house against 7 other offers. When it came time to sell, he knew exactly all the pieces that needed to come together to get over 30 showings and 8 offers in less than 2 days. Not only did he help me make a profit on the house, he held my hand along the entire way -- from helping me understand all the paperwork to even taking my trash to the curb after I left the state. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a realtor. 10 out of 10 professional all the way.
