The sale process was just as smooth as the buying process had been. Stephen put the righ tprice on the home, advised me on how to make it show in the best ways possible, and was there for every step of the way. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is very professional, knows the market, has a contact for everything we needed done before the sale, and he is easy to talk to and fun to work with. Communication is key, and Stephen was in contact with us throughout the home selling process, letting us know what to expect each step of the way. He always responded to every query, big or small, in a timely manner, and we felt we had a great advocate on our side. Stephen's market knowledge helped us to realize what our property was worth, and he detailed all the pros and cons, so we knew exactly what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn. In our previous experience, agents would visit the property once, but Stephen stopped by a number of times before we listed and during the listing just to make sure everything was in order. He even volunteered to meet carpet cleaners etc. when we were out of town. The brochures of our property and the online video advertising were beautiful. During the bidding and contract process, Stephen helped us by going over every detail, so that we understood all of our offers and could make an informed decision. Stephen's 25+ years in real estate were evident in every interaction - he is a true professional and the best real estate agent we have ever worked with!

Jim was great from start to finish. He was straightforward, responsive, and had a solid game plan from the first time we met. We were moving out of state and so in addition to the normal stress of moving, we had the added complication of no one being home to deal with last minute issues and trying to sell while traveling. Jim made everything seamless and even checked on our house while the sale was pending. All of the service providers he recommended were top-notch too and equally easy to work with. He even went so far as to find a personal recommendation for a relator in our new town - 3,000 miles away. I would enthusiastically recommend Jim to anyone seeking a relator in Columbus.
