Jim was great from start to finish. He was straightforward, responsive, and had a solid game plan from the first time we met. We were moving out of state and so in addition to the normal stress of moving, we had the added complication of no one being home to deal with last minute issues and trying to sell while traveling. Jim made everything seamless and even checked on our house while the sale was pending. All of the service providers he recommended were top-notch too and equally easy to work with. He even went so far as to find a personal recommendation for a relator in our new town - 3,000 miles away. I would enthusiastically recommend Jim to anyone seeking a relator in Columbus. We can't say enough good things about working with Jim. He was fantastic! We were first time homebuyers and he spent time so much time educating us on the process and answering all of our questions. Jim is DEEPLY knowledgable about the Short North/Victorian Village/Italian Village/German Village areas and very well connected to real estate professionals in the area, which was very helpful to us.
