As my wife Jessica and I navigated this adventure of finding and securing our first home, we can't help but to feel incredibly grateful to have Stephen Dial on our team. Stephen was relentless in gaining information from market trends and agent relationships in an effort to obtain leverage in a multiple-offer situation. If it weren't for Stephen's persistence and hustle (with an enormous amount of wit, sarcasm, and moxie) through this process, we would be lost. We would recommend Stephen to anyone; he is a professional, remarkably personal, and intentional. He goes into every showing and every offer with a desire to be the best that he can be, and to bring his client success.
