How many realtors work with a client, now friend, for 18 months during a condo build? Stephen kept me sane through this complicated and stressful process. He would always ask me, "what do you want out of this communication/discussion/email (desired outcome)?" Stephen knew when to use his leverage, and when we were at the developers mercy. I'm not sure I would ever go through a new build again, but you can bet Stephen will be the first to know if I need to sell or buy again. I'm so grateful to also call you a friend after everything we've been through in 2022.
