I have known Stephen for many many years and have been a great part of my life. He has sold me my house in Hilliard Ohio two times and has always taken care of me no matter what may arise. He is a great negotiator he always knows what the price and the market for your area. His recommendations are always the highest to make your house sell. Stephen was a dream. If you don't appreciate his punctuality and knowledgeability then you must at least appreciate his warm and vibrant personality. As first time buyers we would have been so lost without him. He found us several homes that fit our wants and needs and lent a discerning eye as we walked through them. When we found one that we fell in love with he did all the heavy lifting to make the process smooth and simple. We love our home and couldn't have found it or navigated our way to closing without Stephen Dial.

Im writing this review to highly recommend Stephen Dial for all your real estate needs, whether you're buying or selling (he's done both for me), I highly recommend him. Most recently, he was my realtor in the purchase of a property. The whole experience, from start to finish was thoughtful, well organized and efficient. For example, Stephen set up my MLS listings for exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond the call to get us showings immediately. When I finally made an offer on "the one", Stephen skillfully negotiated a deal for me. He is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and helped set an appropriate bid. His negotiating skills are also top notch. This was a multiple bid situation and stephen negotiated till the seller took our offer. Beyond that, Stephen did much more. He helped me find contractors for the small repairs I will need to do. I can't tell you how helpful that is! I always felt like Stephen "had my back" and I so appreciate it.
