It was a pleasure working with Stephen in selling my condo! He was always available to answer my questions, he always explained documents for review and signing clearly and what was to be expected in the selling process. He was especially helpful in getting my house ready for showings as I now live two hours away and had tenants at the time. He was able to negotiate an offer that was 10,000$ higher than I had anticipated! I would trust Stephen to sell my property at any time in the future.

I had moved away from Columbus by the time that I signed up with Stephen, so everything was remote. Although I had met Stephen previously because he is very active in the neighborhood(Short North). Stephen made this whole process as painless as possible. When something needed doing, Stephen shopped for competent and price appropriate contractors and then made it happen, sending me a bill(example: radon system in basement, bathroom sink unclogged, light fixture replacement). Stephen was very responsive, and gave me regular updates on both my home(he walks the area often and kept an eye on it) and on the market. I can not speak highly enough of him.
