Stephen was the seller's agent, but he was so kind, helpful, and patient with me throughout the whole purchase process. Any questions I had, he was quick to respond. When the sale went through, I felt genuinely supported and that he was happy for me. If/when I go to sell my property, Stephen will be my first phone call!

He is very professional, knows the market, has a contact for everything we needed done before the sale, and he is easy to talk to and fun to work with. Communication is key, and Stephen was in contact with us throughout the home selling process, letting us know what to expect each step of the way. He always responded to every query, big or small, in a timely manner, and we felt we had a great advocate on our side. Stephen's market knowledge helped us to realize what our property was worth, and he detailed all the pros and cons, so we knew exactly what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn. In our previous experience, agents would visit the property once, but Stephen stopped by a number of times before we listed and during the listing just to make sure everything was in order. He even volunteered to meet carpet cleaners etc. when we were out of town. The brochures of our property and the online video advertising were beautiful. During the bidding and contract process, Stephen helped us by going over every detail, so that we understood all of our offers and could make an informed decision. Stephen's 25+ years in real estate were evident in every interaction - he is a true professional and the best real estate agent we have ever worked with!

His strategic planning, marketing approach, and understanding of buyer behavior were spot-on.
