This was mine and my husband's third home purchase, so we had a certain type of home in mind. We were very impressed that Stephen was able to very quickly put in an offer for us when he was out of town, which we sincerely appreciated. We were even more impressed that in a very busy market that our first offer was accepted, and we know it would not have been possible without Stephen.
