Stephen Dial is the calm to my storm. ;) He sold our rental home for us in a weekend and also successfully managed my expectations on the sale and purchase of our current home. I always felt comfortable asking any questions I may have and he did a great job of being proactive to answer any questions that he thought that I may think up for him. Stephen is great!
