This was our FIFTH real estate transaction with Stephen Dial at Meyer & Dial. Stephen takes the time to learn and understand what we're looking for in a property, find just the right one, and make the purchase (or sale) as smooth as possible. Meyer & Dial handle the marketing, the showings, and mounds of paperwork with ease. They're fluent in the latest technologies and techniques and we've been able to count on them to maximize the visibility of our listings. Their experience is invaluable when visiting a prospective property, getting your own home ready for sale, and during the inevitable sale negotiations. We would (will) use Meyer & Dial again and have already recommended them to friends who have also had excellent experiences with them!
