Stephen Dial

Stephen was great in helping us navigate our first home purchase. He was always available to answer any and all of our questions (and we had A LOT). His knowledge and experience was integral, considering we were looking in highly sought after neighborhoods where homes tend to see multiple offers before being sold. We felt confident throughout the whole process with Stephen by our side, and ended up closing on our dream house. I would recommend Stephen to anyone looking to buy a home.

Stephen was FANTASTIC!! We quickly found our dream property and simultaneously had to list our house as well. It was very nerve wracking for us but Stephen had our best interests in mind the entire time. He was always available for every question or concern and would put our minds at ease instantly. This is an exciting new chapter for us and it couldn't have happened without Stephen, his expertise, guidance and friendship. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Stephen and are grateful that he was our realtor!
