Stephen Dial was amazing in helping me purchase my home! I was trying to buy from a distance with very little opportunity to travel to Columbus to see houses. From virtual visits to telephone conversations, he was there every step of the way. After our initial visits to potential homes he knew me well enough that i actually purchased the home trusting his advice after I did a virtual tour of the home. It has been the perfect house for me and I am so grateful for all of his help and advice!
