We loved working with Stephen. We had moved out of our unit, and he took great care of it for us in our absence. We had multiple showings and at one point we even wanted to reconsider our options, and possibly rent instead of sell. We finally did sell and were very happy with the transaction. Stephen was there to answer our questions and negotiated the closing on our behalf to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Stephen for all you help and guidance through this process.
