Stephen Dial is the best agent one could find. Stephen diligently worked with me, as a buyer's agent, to achieve my goal to relocate to Columbus, Ohio, from out of state. Stephen's vast knowledge of the Columbus area market proved invaluable. Stephen made what would have been an extremely stressful process significantly less so. In a very competitive market, Stephen helped me find and purchase a wonderful new home. Stephen promptly and patiently responded to my numerous questions. He even arranged for needed work to be done following the closing. Moreover, Stephen exhibited integrity (and a great sense of humor). I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to sell or purchase a home.

Stephen was an exceptional real estate agent. This is the third home we've bought in 4 years. We've moved all over the United States due to my job, and Stephen is one of the best we've worked with. He's knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes well. After viewing some houses with him initially, he understood our style and immediately brought to our attention homes that might be of interest. He did virtual walk-throughs when we couldn't come in person and advised us during a bidding war with one of the houses we were interested in. We didn't get that house, but he knew our limits and what was safe to offer vis a vis the area and house we were looking at. When we did find the house we eventually bought, he was with us every step of the way. He helped make sure the lender and seller were responsive to our needs. Overall he was very impressive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
