Absolutely best experience you could possibly have wi the Stephen Dial as your realtor!! He is an absolute dream to work with and made the process of selling my current home and buying a new one a breeze. He was there to help every step of the process and in most cases was already three steps ahead. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone in the market for a realtor. He truly is the best!! Although I'm not the testimonial/review type of individual, I cannot pass up leaving words about our experience with Stephen Dial. What can I say about someone that truly impressed my wife and I, with his patience, professionalism and his passion in assisting our daughter find her first home. We felt comfortable in his ability to introspectively look at details, that we were not looking for during her search for the right place to suit her need. Few people leave a lasting impression, with limited interactions, and Stephen certainly did so with each of us. Thank you sir and although we do not reside in the greater Columbus region, we certainly would recommend you to anyone moving there. You are a cornerstone to your profession.

I had moved away from Columbus by the time that I signed up with Stephen, so everything was remote. Although I had met Stephen previously because he is very active in the neighborhood(Short North). Stephen made this whole process as painless as possible. When something needed doing, Stephen shopped for competent and price appropriate contractors and then made it happen, sending me a bill(example: radon system in basement, bathroom sink unclogged, light fixture replacement). Stephen was very responsive, and gave me regular updates on both my home(he walks the area often and kept an eye on it) and on the market. I can not speak highly enough of him.

Jim was amazing to work with - transparent and knowledgeable in his guidance regarding the market and the Merion/German village area where we were selling our home. Our sale had a hiccup during the inspection period and not only did Jim ease our anxieties about the negotiation process, he ensured we were able to move forward and close with a fair compromise for both parties. In 2017, Stephen was our agent when we bought our home, and this year, he was our agent who sold it as we relocate to Atlanta. Here is what we love about Stephen as our real estate agent: 1. Clear and concise advice. From the first introduction meeting to the post contract matters, he never oversells or overpromises, and he sets expectations. 2. Understanding of the market. When we bought our home, we secured it the first day on the market before it went to an open house. When we sold our home, we had 5 offers and got a bidding war for 8% over list price, without the need for an open house. 3. Handling of negotiations. Despite Stephen having several listings / showings for other properties the same weekend we sold our home, he was very detailed in keeping us updated, and I never felt he prioritized other properties over ours. And, he maximized the value of our home. Most importantly, he's genuinely a great person and I couldn't be happier to have him represent us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

It was a pleasure working with Stephen in selling my condo! He was always available to answer my questions, he always explained documents for review and signing clearly and what was to be expected in the selling process. He was especially helpful in getting my house ready for showings as I now live two hours away and had tenants at the time. Stephen Dial is an outstanding realtor with in-depth knowledge of the short north area of Columbus. He made the process of us selling our home (while we were remote across the country!) a breeze. He was not only present for all showings to ensure potential buyers understood the unique features of the home, but also helped get us into a multiple offer situation where we ultimately received an offer well above asking. It started with a walk down Short North, where my husband and I walked by Stephen's office, and a listing caught our eye. We called him, and we had a couple of showings scheduled before we knew it. As the months passed, Stephen would keep in touch and send us listings that met our criteria. Whenever we had a question, he always had a prompt response, but not just a response, a thoughtful and kind response, and dialogue that helped him better understand our needs and wants. Stephen is incredibly competent and reliable. We always felt so comfortable entering into offers, and we trusted him implicitly during the purchase of our property. He sent reminders and to-do lists for us before it could have become an issue because he is meticulous with his work, and it shines through in everything he does. Stephen is not just a great realtor; he's a wonderful person, and his positive energy and kind spirit shine through in everything he does. He's the kind of person you like to be around because his energy is electric. Thank you for being so on it throughout this entire process, but thank you more so for simply being you.
