Stephen is amazing. He sold 2 of my homes on the first day, one for asking price and the other for more. He also sold my daughters home for more than asking within a 2-3 weeks. I realize this isn't just luck but is the result of years of experience and hard work. Stephen was also my agent for 2 home purchases. I made a list of what was important to me and he found the perfect home. After f 6 months of searching I had decided to give up on moving for a while, when he texted me about my current home. Because he paid attention to what he knew was important to me, even when I might have compromised, I was able to get the home of my dreams with no compromises. Stephen is very knowledgeable about the Columbus housing market. He is easy to work with and offers useful advise for the many issues that arise when buying and selling a home. He seems much more knowledgeable that most agents when it comes to things like construction practices and materials. I very highly recommend Stephen for when you're ready to buy or sale a home.

It was a pleasure working with Stephen in selling my condo! He was always available to answer my questions, he always explained documents for review and signing clearly and what was to be expected in the selling process. I had moved away from Columbus by the time that I signed up with Stephen, so everything was remote. Although I had met Stephen previously because he is very active in the neighborhood(Short North). Stephen made this whole process as painless as possible. When something needed doing, Stephen shopped for competent and price appropriate contractors and then made it happen, sending me a bill(example: radon system in basement, bathroom sink unclogged, light fixture replacement). Stephen was very responsive, and gave me regular updates on both my home(he walks the area often and kept an eye on it) and on the market. I can not speak highly enough of him.

It started with a walk down Short North, where my husband and I walked by Stephen's office, and a listing caught our eye. We called him, and we had a couple of showings scheduled before we knew it.
