We were even more impressed that in a very busy market that our first offer was accepted, and we know it would not have been possible without Stephen. I have worked with Stephen Dial on three different occasions. In one, he was the listing agent for a new build condo development project with six units. In another, he was the listing agent for an adaptive reuse condo project with eight units. In the third, he was the listing agent for the sale of my personal home. On all three occasions (15 sales in total), Stephen did a fantastic job.
