My wife and I loved our 12 years living in the Short North. When it came time to sell we interviewed 3 realtors. We chose Stephen Dial of Meyers's and Dial. IF YOU ARE SELLING A PROPERTY IN ITALIAN VILLAGE, VICTORIAN VILLAGE, HARRISON WEST, or CLINTONVILLE and YOU DON'T CALL STEPHEN YOU WILL COST YOUR SELF SIGNIFICANT MONEY AND TIME. Two of the realtors we interviewed told us an asking price within $10000 of each other. Stephen suggested we list the house for $90000 more and we realized $60000 more at closing. Our house had a deal pending in 20 days and closed 20 days after that. Our house did not go on the market at prime time in spring but at end of July. Plus interest rates were up to 7%. Not perfect timing. Stephen is the consummate professional who handles every detail. He is also fun to work with. I never texted, emailed or called Stephen that I didn't have a response within 5 minutes. We have owned 12 different properties in Ohio and Florida and dealt with many realtors. Stephen Dial is the BEST.

Stephen is amazing. He sold 2 of my homes on the first day, one for asking price and the other for more. He also sold my daughters home for more than asking within a 2-3 weeks. I realize this isn't just luck but is the result of years of experience and hard work. Stephen was also my agent for 2 home purchases. I made a list of what was important to me and he found the perfect home. After f 6 months of searching I had decided to give up on moving for a while, when he texted me about my current home. Because he paid attention to what he knew was important to me, even when I might have compromised, I was able to get the home of my dreams with no compromises. Stephen is very knowledgeable about the Columbus housing market. He is easy to work with and offers useful advise for the many issues that arise when buying and selling a home. He seems much more knowledgeable that most agents when it comes to things like construction practices and materials. I very highly recommend Stephen for when you're ready to buy or sale a home.
