Jim was amazing to work with - transparent and knowledgeable in his guidance regarding the market and the Merion/German village area where we were selling our home. Our sale had a hiccup during the inspection period and not only did Jim ease our anxieties about the negotiation process, he ensured we were able to move forward and close with a fair compromise for both parties. Would highly recommend Meyer & Dial to anyone looking to buy/sell in the Columbus area!

Although I'm not the testimonial/review type of individual, I cannot pass up leaving words about our experience with Stephen Dial. What can I say about someone that truly impressed my wife and I, with his patience, professionalism and his passion in assisting our daughter find her first home. We felt comfortable in his ability to introspectively look at details, that we were not looking for during her search for the right place to suit her need. Few people leave a lasting impression, with limited interactions, and Stephen certainly did so with each of us. Im writing this review to highly recommend Stephen Dial for all your real estate needs, whether you're buying or selling (he's done both for me), I highly recommend him. Most recently, he was my realtor in the purchase of a property. The whole experience, from start to finish was thoughtful, well organized and efficient. For example, Stephen set up my MLS listings for exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond the call to get us showings immediately. When I finally made an offer on "the one", Stephen skillfully negotiated a deal for me. He is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and helped set an appropriate bid. His negotiating skills are also top notch. This was a multiple bid situation and stephen negotiated till the seller took our offer. Beyond that, Stephen did much more. He helped me find contractors for the small repairs I will need to do. I can't tell you how helpful that is! I always felt like Stephen "had my back" and I so appreciate it. Stephen was a dream. If you don't appreciate his punctuality and knowledgeability then you must at least appreciate his warm and vibrant personality. As first time buyers we would have been so lost without him. He found us several homes that fit our wants and needs and lent a discerning eye as we walked through them. When we found one that we fell in love with he did all the heavy lifting to make the process smooth and simple.
