Stephen was extremely helpful from the moment I first contacted him. As someone who was buying their first home, his knowledgeable advice was perfectly suitable to my needs. I always felt like my questions were welcomed and my concerns were heard. He is one of the most organized, responsive, and prompt people I have ever worked with, while also being very easygoing and friendly. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and his phenomenal experience and people skills get results. When it comes time to sell my home I'll definitely contact him again. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Columbus who wants a smooth and successful buying experience.

Stephen Dial is the penultimate professional. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about his craft, he is also a really nice guy. This personality trait is very disarming because as a realtor, he must deal with all types of people who often have different agendas and timetables. Bobby Fisher, the world chess champion of yesteryear, once said that to be successful in chess, one must think 100 moves ahead. Fortunately for his clients, Stephen is that type of person. He knows the next steps and understands how to accomplish them. He is creative, marketing-oriented and results driven. Negotiation is a necessary characteristic for a realtor. I witnessed Stephen successfully using various negotiation techniques, (even on me!) to achieve his goals. My house sold in 6 days and closed in 31 days with excellent terms and conditions. Great job Stephen!!
