Jim was fantastic to work with! We had a million-dollar historic property on Broad Street in Old Town East. Jim went beyond the call of duty time & time again. Jim understands historic properties and has an incredible amount of knowledge about the community, and future development in the area. He really thought outside the box on how to market and sell our property. I can't imagine another realtor doing a better job and working harder. Jim is tactful, professional, responsive, diplomatic, funny, and also very direct when he needs to be. He was right about literally everything throughout this entire journey. I can't say enough about Jim.

I have worked with Stephen Dial on three different occasions. In one, he was the listing agent for a new build condo development project with six units. In another, he was the listing agent for an adaptive reuse condo project with eight units. In the third, he was the listing agent for the sale of my personal home. On all three occasions (15 sales in total), Stephen did a fantastic job. He knew the market as well as anyone in the industry, communicated clearly, knew what I needed to be involved in (and importantly, what I didn't), and we were able to achieve great outcomes for all 15 sales. Stephen was an absolute pleasure to work with through our first home purchase. From investing the extra time to research / annotate comps for our offer submission, to his flexibility in working with the consistently changing schedules, to finally providing recommendations all throughout the process (lenders, inspectors, etc.), it was very clear the care Stephen has for his clients. While some experiences can often feel pressured for buyers (higher submissions, using their contacts, etc.), Stephen was incredibly professional and respectful through the entire process and was just an all around joy to work with!
