I've bought and sold several homes over the years and Stephen was the best agent I've ever had. I purchased a new home and he was there to help with all of the difficult decisions and attended several meetings which I didn't even expect. He was even more attentive to details and helpful in every possible way when I sold my condo. He responded to my emails quickly and was easily available to talk. His many years of experience was obvious. I highly recommend Stephen and will encourage my daughter to use Stephen when she moves next year.

Jim did an excellent job throughout the whole process. Having professional photos of our condo I'm sure helped us receive multiple offers the first day on the market. This is our 3rd home we have purchased using Jim's services. Each time he has exceeded our expectations. Jim was very helpful providing advice about staging our home and making sure any improvements we did to prepare our home to put it on the market were ones that added value. It's such a good feeling to have a realtor who you can trust and is wise in his advice he provides. The other thing I like about Jim is he knows the market and he is upfront and honest about what is the best price to list your home at.
