He is extremely responsive, listens, understands and makes suggestions based on your specific requests. He also helped me find a temporary place until we found my home...a blessing when I moved for a new job and had no idea about the area. Stephen was great to walk through houses with. He took the time to point out things I didn't notice that could have been big issues with the house. He also has a great sense of design. He also kept me laughing...an added plus!
