Stephen exceeded expectations. Not only is he just a great guy, he knows everything about the Columbus market, is quick (sometimes shockingly quick) to reply or follow up on something, and we felt like we could trust him to guide us through the homebuying process. As first time homebuyers, we are extremely lucky we found him. Stephen will be selling and buying every property of ours from now on.

Stephen Dial is the penultimate professional. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about his craft, he is also a really nice guy. This personality trait is very disarming because as a realtor, he must deal with all types of people who often have different agendas and timetables. Bobby Fisher, the world chess champion of yesteryear, once said that to be successful in chess, one must think 100 moves ahead. Fortunately for his clients, Stephen is that type of person. He knows the next steps and understands how to accomplish them. He is creative, marketing-oriented and results driven. Negotiation is a necessary characteristic for a realtor. I witnessed Stephen successfully using various negotiation techniques, (even on me!) to achieve his goals. My house sold in 6 days and closed in 31 days with excellent terms and conditions. Stephen is an exceptional realtor! Stephen made our first time home buying experience a breeze.
