I have worked with Stephen Dial on three different occasions. In one, he was the listing agent for a new build condo development project with six units. In another, he was the listing agent for an adaptive reuse condo project with eight units. In the third, he was the listing agent for the sale of my personal home. On all three occasions (15 sales in total), Stephen did a fantastic job. Jim was fantastic to work with! We had a million-dollar historic property on Broad Street in Old Town East. Jim went beyond the call of duty time & time again. Jim understands historic properties and has an incredible amount of knowledge about the community, and future development in the area. He really thought outside the box on how to market and sell our property. I can't imagine another realtor doing a better job and working harder.
