I highly recommend Stephen! He lives up to his reputation. He is communicative, professional, and clearly well-respected in the industry, which really benefited me in the home purchase experience. I know that he has clients buying much more expensive homes than I did, but he treated me incredibly well and made me feel like I was a priority. This is my second time going through the home-buying process, and although I have no plans to be in the market again, I would absolutely use Stephen if I did. I trusted him 100% and I am thrilled with the home I bought. If you are new to home buying, he is able to explain the entire process, and he will keep you updated in real time, which helps ease the inevitable anxiety of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Jim did an excellent job throughout the whole process. Having professional photos of our condo I'm sure helped us receive multiple offers the first day on the market. This is our 3rd home we have purchased using Jim's services. Each time he has exceeded our expectations. Jim was very helpful providing advice about staging our home and making sure any improvements we did to prepare our home to put it on the market were ones that added value. It's such a good feeling to have a realtor who you can trust and is wise in his advice he provides. The other thing I like about Jim is he knows the market and he is upfront and honest about what is the best price to list your home at.

My wife, Sharie, and I wanted to move to Columbus, Ohio, from Southern Indiana in order to be closer to family. Stephen was recommended to us and we are very glad we chose Stephen to be our realtor. Stephen found just what we were looking for and we closed on our new home this week.
