I've bought and sold several homes over the years and Stephen was the best agent I've ever had. I purchased a new home and he was there to help with all of the difficult decisions and attended several meetings which I didn't even expect. He was even more attentive to details and helpful in every possible way when I sold my condo. He responded to my emails quickly and was easily available to talk. His many years of experience was obvious. I highly recommend Stephen and will encourage my daughter to use Stephen when she moves next year.

Rating Stephen Dial with only five stars sells him short. Our experience with him selling our property was outstanding from start to finish. Stephen worked hard to sell our property, kept in close communication with us and went above and beyond what I expected. He personally came to every showing to make sure that the property was shown to its best advantage and to explain downtown, high rise condo living. I can recommend Stephen without hesitation.
