Stephen Dial is by far one of the best real estate agents around. He is personable and professional. His knowledge and expertise put him above the rest. He has helped me buy/sell my homes for 15 years now. He takes care of every detail for you, is on top of his game all the time and works hard for you. I would recommend Stephen Dial to anyone and will only be using him for my home buying/selling needs.

Stephen was great in helping us navigate our first home purchase. He was always available to answer any and all of our questions (and we had A LOT). His knowledge and experience was integral, considering we were looking in highly sought after neighborhoods where homes tend to see multiple offers before being sold. I worked with Stephen Dial from Meyer&Dial. He was my agent in June of 2019 for buying a Short North condominium and in 2017 for buying a detached garage. Stephen has extensive knowledge of the area and is very thorough and patient throughout the process. He gave honest feedback regarding resale of the property and went as far as trying to discourage me due to his concerns! Stephen was a good negotiator, balancing my getting a reasonable price and not losing the property. I trust him completely and plan for him to sell the property in a few years.
