Stephen had my condo sold rapidly with multiple bids and got a price I couldn't be more happy about given what the market has been through in the last few years. Beyond that his team was outstanding. The process was 100% painless and he was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I can't imagine using anyone else in the area given this teams track record that i knew about and now my own personal experience.

I met Stephen Dial accidentally, by emailing him a question about a home I was interested in, thinking he was the listing agent. He responded quickly with the answer and offered to show me the house. After several house viewings we found "the one". He negotiated us a great price. After some financing delays he kept on my lender to keep us updated. He was always very professional and responsive.
