Stephen Dial is a superb agent. Very knowledgeable about the market and in a period when houses selling quickly was able to schedule appointments within 24 hours to see a new listing. He is very meticulous and his attention to detail was excellent. Once I went into contract I got an email from him explaining all of the next steps and outlined everything that would happen prior to closing. Great sense of humor and knew the market.
