Stephen was nothing short of exceptional! He helped us buy our second home on a tight timeline and easily accommodated our schedule from offer to closing. From the start, his communication was frequent and consistent. We never had to ask for updates because he anticipated our needs and even thought of things we hadn't considered. We have two young kids who came along for showings, and Stephen made them feel involved by printing out listing packets just for them. He also gave us honest, unbiased input on every home we toured, which we really appreciated. When we found the home we loved, he immediately connected with the listing agent and truly went to bat for our offer. Stephen is extremely well-connected and worked seamlessly with our lender and title agency, helping us close remotely (a huge plus since we were moving from out of state to Ohio). Stephen is a phenomenal agent, and we can't recommend him enough. If you're looking for a real estate agent, stop your search-- Stephen will go above and beyond for you!

Jim was great from start to finish. He was straightforward, responsive, and had a solid game plan from the first time we met. We were moving out of state and so in addition to the normal stress of moving, we had the added complication of no one being home to deal with last minute issues and trying to sell while traveling. Jim made everything seamless and even checked on our house while the sale was pending. All of the service providers he recommended were top-notch too and equally easy to work with. He even went so far as to find a personal recommendation for a relator in our new town - 3,000 miles away. I would enthusiastically recommend Jim to anyone seeking a relator in Columbus.
