Stephen was an absolute pleasure to work with through our first home purchase. From investing the extra time to research / annotate comps for our offer submission, to his flexibility in working with the consistently changing schedules, to finally providing recommendations all throughout the process (lenders, inspectors, etc.), it was very clear the care Stephen has for his clients. How many realtors work with a client, now friend, for 18 months during a condo build? Stephen kept me sane through this complicated and stressful process. He would always ask me, "what do you want out of this communication/discussion/email (desired outcome)?" Stephen knew when to use his leverage, and when we were at the developers mercy. I'm not sure I would ever go through a new build again, but you can bet Stephen will be the first to know if I need to sell or buy again. I'm so grateful to also call you a friend after everything we've been through in 2022.

After our first tour of Columbus, he modified the search and quickly found properties that were strong targets. He was very responsive and anticipated issues before they arose.
