Stephen Dial will forever in my mind be "The Incredible Stephen." He helped us buy when we moved to Columbus and I was grateful for his attentive service and knowledge of the various communities. But he really showed his skill when we sold. WOW! We had a signed deal in day at full asking price with no contingencies. There wasn't a single blip in the transaction and he kept us up to date (In California) on every detail. Excellent service and he's tons of fun too!

Stephen was an exceptional real estate agent. This is the third home we've bought in 4 years. We've moved all over the United States due to my job, and Stephen is one of the best we've worked with. He's knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes well. After viewing some houses with him initially, he understood our style and immediately brought to our attention homes that might be of interest. He did virtual walk-throughs when we couldn't come in person and advised us during a bidding war with one of the houses we were interested in. We didn't get that house, but he knew our limits and what was safe to offer vis a vis the area and house we were looking at. When we did find the house we eventually bought, he was with us every step of the way. He helped make sure the lender and seller were responsive to our needs. Overall he was very impressive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Stephen was my realtor when I bought my condo last year. It took me a while to write this, but I want to make sure everyone knows what a wonderful agent Stephen was for me. From beginning to end, Stephen held my hand and walked me through every step. He always returned my texts and calls in a timely manner, answered every question with expertise. Stephen is top notch! And he has a wicked sense of humor! My first deal fell through due to a bad inspection, so the search started all over again, but Stephen was there to help with the second one until I found the perfect place. My price point is probably on the low end of Stephen's market, but that did not prevent him from providing excellent service and advice to me. He always made me feel like I was the most important client. I would recommend Stephen highly, and plan to call him again for my next home purchase. Thanks Stephen!

My relationship with Jim started 8 years ago when he was my agent as I was buying my property in Columbus. Fast forward to when it was time to sell and he is where I wanted to go. He was a very attentive agent and really helped me understand the process to place my property on the market, how to price it correctly, and all of the things that I needed to do to get my sale. He was thorough in his guidance and advice and I would suggest to anyone that is looking for an agent that he and his team are the place you should go. I would love to give Stephen 10 stars! Stephen went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. When we found our home we had some initial concerns about the home and Stephen was able to quickly find contractors and basement professionals to help us understand the property better and put us as ease. Stephen made sure we were getting the best deal and had our interests in mind the entire time. He was extremely responsive and accommodating to our schedules. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I can't thank him enough!
