We highly recommend Stephen Dial. We had a very short time frame to relocate to Columbus, OH from the greater New York City area. From the minute I contacted Stephen until we closed on our Columbus, OH property, Stephen was beyond fantastic. During our initial conversation, Stephen inquired about what we were looking for. Wow did he hit every property spot on. He knows the Columbus area better than any other realtor I interviewed in the process and found numerous properties that met our criteria, and told us the pros and cons of each property. Upon viewing the properties, he was spot on. We found the property we loved with Stephen's help, and he was instrumental in negotiating a great price and always accessible for questions, for which we had plenty as we were relocating. He made our purchase a breeze. I would hands down recommend Stephen Dial.

His attention to detail was excellent too,, often reminding me of things needing handled during the process.
