Stephen of Meyer and Dial was fantastic. We had a tight deadline to sell our condo and he put together a plan that not only met all of our lofty expectations, but yielded 10% over our list price! His professionalism and caring demeanor was on display all the way to the closing table, where he entertained our 6 month old and 19 month old while we signed docs. We would Recommend Stephen to ANYONE!

We used Stephen Dial to sell our existing house in Powell and as our realtor on a new build (also in Powell). He was invaluable in both. In selling our house, he took us every step of the way and explained everything in great detail, was organized and prompt, and answered all our questions (and we had plenty!). When it was time to get ready to put our home on the market, Stephan and the photographer did an amazing job. So good in fact, that we had 19 showings scheduled the first day! In the end, we had 4 full price or above offers within 24 hours on the market. Stephen helped us negotiate the best price and terms. In buying our house, Stephen was our advocate and helped mediate any and all disputes with the builder. In the end, we couldn't recommend Stephen more!
