I had been working to get my house ready for market for months, but when I first contacted Stephen there was still more to do. He made recommendations on what I needed to finish, and what really wasn't necessary (I should have contacted him much earlier). Fixed me up with a carpet guy who gave me a great price, a home inspector to reduce the chance I would have unpleasant surprises when the buyer had an inspection, and a great contractor to finish needed plumbing, electrical, and carpentry items. It was a tremendous help, and must have paid off because the house sold in 24 hours. Stephen was great with letting me know status of things, and always there to calm my pre-sale jitters. He knows his business. Highest recommendation.
